Cancellation and Policy


*I reserve the right to refuse any service if clients do NOT respect and follow the policies below. 


Your appointment starts at the time you booked and no later. I respect your time, please respect mine

If you are 1 minute late/past your appointment time, there will be a late fee of $20

After 5 minutes late the appointment is canceled INDEFINITELY

If you are late the late fee and remaining balance will be due upon arrival

I reserve the right to refuse a client.


If you booked an appointment during one of the following times, you understand that an additional fee is due, along with your deposit, please read below: 

Monday - Saturday at 8 AM or 5 PM - $40 fee (Send with your deposit)

Monday - Saturday at 7 AM or 6 PM - $65 fee (Send with your deposit)   

Monday - Saturday at 6 AM or 7 PM - $100 fee (Send with your deposit)  

Sunday at 9 AM - 11 AM - $50 fee (Send with your deposit)


All retainers/deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-NEGOTIABLE

A retainer/deposit of the desired service is required in order to secure an appointment

The deposit will be credited towards your total

ONLY pay the deposit, the rest is due upon arrival, NO EXCEPTIONS

If you can NOT make it to your appointment, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance

Your deposit will be applied to your next service if given the proper notice (listed above)

This does NOT apply to same-day cancellations, no-shows, or clients missing an appointment due to tardiness.

Any rescheduling after the first attempt is null and void. 

Appointments MUST be rescheduled within a month of the original scheduled appointment


Prices and fee's vary for holidays/events(refer to Instagram for price @hausofdubois)

(Christmas Eve, Jingle Mingle, Valentine's Day, July 4th, Halloween, etc.)

Children are NOT allowed

Come alone as seating is limited

Please refrain from using your phone while being serviced

Upon booking, you are consenting to have your photo/video taken

I am NOT responsible for any allergic reactions if in the event that occurs. 

Once a glam is booked if you wish to upgrade or downgrade, you must notify me 24 hours in advance

Bookings are only accepted up to 30 days out. (At the beginning of every month, the following calendar month will open up).

There is an early/morning late evening fee for times before 9 AM and after 4 PM (Starting at $40 will be added to your glam of choice)


The same cancellation/late fees and deposit policy apply to the wedding/bridal glam

Understand travel is ONLY available for 7 or more people

A 50% deposit is required and NON-REFUNDABLE in order to secure the date 

Understand that the initial deposit for the original amount of bridesmaids will be due on the date of your appointment

If a bridesmaid drops out that balance is still required 

If a bridesmaid drops out, their deposit can NOT be used to cover someone else's balance. 

The price discussed upon booking is the final price

If you choose to get your service done at my studio instead of your venue location there will be a reduction applied
