All retainers/deposits including processing/additional fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-NEGOTIABLE.

A retainer/deposit of the desired service is required in order to secure an appointment and will be credited towards your total. 

ONLY pay the deposit, the rest is due upon arrival.

NO EXCEPTIONS

Bookings are only accepted up to 30 days out. (At the beginning of every month, the following calendar month will open up).

If you can not make it to your appointment, please notify me, at a minimum of 48 hours in advance so that your deposit can be credited to your next service. This does NOT apply to same-day cancellations, no shows, or clients missing an appointment due to tardiness. 

Clients are allowed to reschedule an appointment upon prior notice up to 1 time. Any rescheduling after the first attempt is null and void.

Your appointment starts at the time you booked and no later. If you are

1 minute past your appointment time, there will be a late fee of $20.

After 5 minutes the appointment is canceled indefinitely. 

No-Call/No-Shows are unable to book again.

EARLY/LATE & SAME DAY APPOINTMENT REQUEST

If you booked an appointment during one of the following times, you understand that an additional fee is due, along with your deposit(NON REFUNDABLE) please read below: 

Monday - Saturday at 8 AM or 5 PM - $40 fee (Send with your deposit)

Monday - Saturday at 7 AM or 6 PM - $65 fee (Send with your deposit)   

Monday - Saturday at 6 AM or 7 PM - $100 fee (Send with your deposit)  

Sunday at 9 AM - 11 AM - $50 fee (Send with your deposit)
